What size are your staff ID cards?
Our staff ID cards are standard credit card size (86x54mm). We can also print on your door access cards.
How soon can I receive my staff ID cards?
Our portal works on a first come first serve basis but typically dispatches within 3-6 working days.
Does CardHero store my designs for future purchases?
Yes, CardHero stores your designs.
How do I supply artwork?
You'll be able to supply artwork after making an enquiry, we'll then start creating your artwork for you in our software. If you wish to supply the print ready design, we are also able to print directly from PDF's.
Is it possible to top up?
Of course! Simply top up via cardhero by purchasing credits. As a rule of thumb, one credit is equivalent to one staff ID card.
How does the delivery charge work?
You pay one carriage charge upfront for each package. This covers all deliveries until the credits on your portal finish.
How do you send the ID cards?
We send all orders via Royal Mail. Any orders above 15 ID cards are automatically upgraded to Courier Delivery with tracking. If you need a order urgently contact us about upgrading your delivery.
